I didn’t just step into logistics. I was born into it. Growing up in a family deeply rooted in the industry, I saw firsthand how transportation, warehousing, and supply chains shaped businesses and economies. Logistics isn’t just a profession, it’s in my DNA. In 1982, I officially started my career in logistics, working hands on with fleets, shipments, and warehouse management. I learned the old school way through experience, problem solving, and a relentless drive for efficiency. But as the industry evolved, so did I. I saw how technology was changing logistics, and I knew AI wasn’t a threat it was an opportunity. In 1996, I founded Transportation Information Systems (TIS), a company focused on integrating data-driven solutions into logistics. Years later, after successfully scaling and selling the company, I made it my mission to help businesses embrace AI without fear, confusion, or unnecessary costs.
